Data, purposes and legal bases

We may process account data (name, surname, email, phone, company, tax ID and address); billing data (orders, invoices, payment-method information and transaction references); technical data (IP address, logs, user agent, sessions, authentication and security events); and support data (tickets, messages, emails and attachments).

Purposes include account and service management, billing, fraud and abuse prevention, support and legal compliance. Legal bases may include contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest in security and, where required, consent.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Where necessary to provide the Service, data may be processed by payment, infrastructure, security, analytics or support providers subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. Integrated services may include Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile, depending on configuration and consent.

Data is retained while the account or contractual relationship remains active and afterwards for the periods needed to comply with legal duties, establish liability and handle potential claims. Data based solely on consent is retained until consent is withdrawn unless another lawful basis applies.

24racks does not receive or store full card numbers processed directly by payment providers. Where a provider involves an international transfer, the safeguards required by applicable law are used.

Rights and security

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to asistencia@24racks.com and clearly identifying your request. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

24racks applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. No solely automated decisions with legal effects are made about users.
