Making a notice
Use the form below or write to abuse@24racks.com. Include type (phishing, malware, spam, DDoS/DoS, brute force, scanning, fraud, copyright/intellectual property, illegal content or other), IP, domain or URL/location, date/time, description, reason, evidence and contact details.
Handling
We acknowledge electronic notices and assess them without undue delay, considering their nature, seriousness and urgency. A decision is communicated where appropriate. Restrictions are internally logged with case ID, affected service, reason, evidence, policy, measure, date, duration and review option.
Where legally required, a restriction includes a clear, specific statement of reasons. Do not include sensitive information in a notice.
