We do not set an artificial slot cap. Real capacity depends on RAM, plugins, mods, and how well the server is tuned.
Do you include a free subdomain?
Yes. You can use a subdomain like `yourserver.24racks.com` at no extra cost.
How do backups work?
Daily automatic backups are included, and you can also create manual restore points before changing mods, plugins, or versions.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can scale resources as your community grows without rebuilding the world or starting over.
How much RAM do I need?
A small Vanilla or Paper server usually fits in 2-4 GB. Mid-sized modpacks often want 8 GB, while larger modpacks or networks tend to sit between 12 and 32 GB. If you are unsure, we will size it around your real setup.
Do you help if Forge or a mod breaks startup?
Yes. We check logs and help identify which mod or setting is causing the failure instead of just telling you to restart it.
